There were central heating, multi-channel TV, and a refrigerator in the room, greatly enjoyed that. The staff were NICE and approaching.

The rooms at Apartment Donend were cozy and comfortable, making us feel right at home. We loved the TV with cable channels for some evening entertainment. The shared kitchen was a great convenience, allowing us to prepare meals for our family without any hassle. The air conditioning in each room was a lifesaver, keeping us cool during the hot summer days in Berat. We enjoyed the stunning city view from our room, it added a special touch to our stay. The balcony in our double room was a lovely addition, providing a perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. The kitchenette with a stovetop was so handy, allowing us to cook quick meals whenever we wanted.

Although the shared bathroom was clean and well-maintained, we personally prefer having a private bathroom.

I had double room which was bright, exceptionally comfortable bed. The location was particularly good for me, close to the boulevard. And it was also near to gueesthpuse donend, supermarket and the pedestrian zone and the main street...

It is also conveniently close to the boulevard and just off the promenade in the old town. The rooms are big and comfortable, and the kitchen on site is a plus for those who want to prepare their own meals.

The lock on the bathroom door doesn't work properly, which can be inconvenient for some guests.

The place was clean with really helpful staff members. Greatly enjoyed the room with 1 shared bathroom, my bed was comfy. The location turned out to be absolutely perfect, not far from the historical center, all the main attractions and the bus station which is outside the town.
